Thank you for visiting my website.  I am a clinical psychologist and I have been licensed in Pennsylvania for 14 years.  I work with adults (ages 18 and above) in individual therapy.

My style is positive, goal-oriented and interactive.  I draw from many theoretical areas but collaborate with you to determine what directions and strategies work best for you.  I have a strong respect for cognitive-behavioral techniques and generally incorporate these into my work.

I respect the courage and determination that brings people to therapy.  Whether we work to alleviate trauma memories, depression, anxiety or emotional pain, improve relationships, or work to further life goals I believe that the process of therapy can be a great relief, a source of ideas and support and sometimes even a lot of fun. 

Your life is important and your life goals are important.  They shouldn’t be left on the back burner.  I look forward to discussing them with you, helping you refine them, and working with you to make them real.
